The Environmental Technician Intern will work on the projects below and other identified projects as needed:

• Assist in updating the hazardous material and CMR inventory for multiple Houston sites.


• Identify common chemicals for all 3 sites and work with the Environmental Team to setup storage location and usage tracking


• Enter data in QUARKS system and upload SDS


• Remove obsolete inventory


• Identify alternate chemicals without CMRs for replacement

Roles and Responsibilities for the Environmental Technician Intern are as follows:

• Align legal strategy with Vallourec USA Corp
  
  


• Customer to support MSA Distribution, pathfinder, Washita Valley, Ascent, Devon, Lynx etc.
  
  


• Support sales team to negotiate and prepare meetings to finalize MSA
  
  


• Draft and review MSA and subcontracting Terms and Condition
  
  


• Support VAM USA Field Service as well with their list of open Legal MSA and Agreements.
  
  


• Matrix of completed and future Services agreements

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Currently pursuing bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or similar field of study.
  
  


• Junior year in college


• Knowledge of chemical management/CMRs is beneficial


• Environmental regulatory knowledge is preferred
