The Data Currency Analyst is responsible for identifying, researching, troubleshooting, and working with internal and external clients to resolve missing or late payroll data issues for live Equifax Workforce Solution (WS) clients. This position will work directly with clients to receive and load data files in order to maintain the necessary client employee and payroll information required to ensure accurate and timely data on the WS databases. The person in this position will also work closely with the Data Load Specialists, Client Relationship Managers, Implementation Specialists, and Data Quality Analysts to ensure quality data for both our employer and verifier clients.

Manage a region of Equifax High Profile clients: monitor the receipt and loading of data files, analyzing the data, and identifying trends on a daily basis
Identify and research late/missing payroll data issues reported through system generated reports
Provide support for file load issues by reviewing error and load reports and working with the necessary internal and external resources
Analyze and resolve issues with client setup and/or file loads.
Establish relationships with client representatives via telephone and e-mail correspondence
Partner with Data Quality Analysts, Client Relationship Managers, Implementation Specialists, Operations, Product Management, and Product Development on technical and process related problem resolution for client issues
Bachelor degree and 3+ years of successful business experience
2 years project management knowledge or experience with project life cycle and methodology
