The IT Security Engineer will provide centralized coordination, administration and support for the distributed security infrastructure operated by Pepsi Bottling Ventures. This position will use and apply the knowledge of various technologies to help PBV meet its business and security requirements. This position is responsible for assessing information risk and facilitating remediation of all identified vulnerabilities and risk across all of PBV. This position will act as a technical resource to all associated, technology teams and managers, department managers and others within the organization.

-Drive technology incidents to resolution and provide root cause analysis as it pertains to security events
-Monitor and detect risks to the organization, identify sources and methods of attack,
-Analyze, recommend and develop systems and processes that protect business and client devices and information
-Ensure that the Antivirus platforms are properly maintained and all enterprise PC's, Mac's, Mobile devices and servers are properly protected with up to date signatures, revisions and policies
-Execute reporting, auditing & logging related to PBV IT security policies and procedures.
-Monitor and analyze access to all management systems
Regular testing of backup and disaster recovery procedure which include BCP (Business Continuity Plans)
Coordinate annual penetration test and remediation

Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer information systems, General Information Technology or related field and a minimum of 2 years' general administration & experience within Endpoint protection solutions, security applications (Wireshark, Cybereason, etc.), Security frameworks (NIST), general network concepts, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Azure (O365), AWS, Virtualization (VMware, etc.) technology OR an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Enterprise domain experience - required
Experience in all phases of cyber incident response - required
Expert understanding of security applications - required
Experience Active directory - required
Demonstrated knowledge with Endpoint protection solutions - required
Experience with Azure, AWS cloud platform - preferred
Project management principles (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) - preferred
Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP addressing and sub-netting - required
Understanding of Networking with focus on Cisco, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN and Telephony technologies.

Must be able to stay calm and work under pressure. Must be able to travel at least 25%. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Frequently (34%-66%) required to sit. Must occasionally (0%-33%) climb, stand, walk, and lift 5-15 pounds.

Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
