What you will need to do as our Client Service Representative.
This position is primarily responsible for providing telephone customer support and account management services by performing the following duties.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts.
Answer calls, questions and recommend corrective actions to address customer issues.
Become the trusted advisor to key decision makers by establishing and developing close business relationships.
Manage tactical issues, such as, order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management and shipment issues between IFS and assigned customers
Enter orders into IFS operating system as required by customer.
Enter new customer data, maintain each customers product or service offering in the IFS operating system.
Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts.
Prepares reports as required by each customer.
Other duties as may be assigned.
You must have
Associate or bachelors degree received or in progress preferred
Three years of experience in a customer service environment preferred but not required.
Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
Written Communications- Communicate promptly and accurately to customers requests
Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.
Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.

You must have…
