Job Description:

The CD Accounting Technician is responsible for performing accounting related functions of the Child Development Program, including enrollment, billing, application of payments, and evaluation of financial assistance and ICCP eligibility. This position is located at the Saint Alphonsus Early Learning Center, at 6520 Norwood Drive, Boise, Idaho.
Key Qualifications: Experience with billing or invoicing and customer service preferred. Excellent human relation skills and ability to maintain positive communication with staff and outside agencies required. Ability to maintain a high degree of tact, discretion and confidentiality required. Ability to develop and use excel and database software at an intermediate level required. Must obtain Boise City Childcare license.
Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position at a computer work station for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to view data on a computer screen and communicate orally via telephone for extended periods of time.
Schedule Requirements: This is a full-time position. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.
