Job Description:

The Treasure Valley Family YMCA's Child Development programs support children in their ongoing growth to ensure that they are ready for the next educational milestone, whether that be preschool, kindergarten, middle school, or high school.

The Scheduling and Enrollment Lead assists with the recruitment and enrollment of children, manages the wait list, supports teachers with supplies and data entry, and builds relationships with our community partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood development and the ability to build genuine relationships with participants and parents.

Key Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Must have skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs. Boise City Childcare Worker's license and State of Idaho Childcare License required upon hire.
Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Must have ability to walk, stand, and sit (including on the floor) for extended periods. Position may include kneeling, bending, and crouching.
Schedule Requirements: Hours dependent on needs of center. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8-5.
