While there is no "typical day" at Edelman, your time here will expose you to a variety of disciplines within the company as you help shape integrated solutions collaboratively with colleagues from across different Edelman practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Advising C-suite level clients on the people challenges of large-scale business change

    • Leading new business proposals and presentations

    • Partnering with leaders and colleagues from other practices, markets, and lines of business within the firm to create integrated solutions that bring the best of Edelman to client challenges

    • Leading teams in the delivery and management of consulting assignments

    • Creating tools and methodologies that evolve the Employee Experience practice capabilities

    • You will have the opportunity to partner with a diverse set of team members on a wide variety of client needs that require a nimble mind and continuous curiosity. The Employee Experience team offers a flexible, accommodating, and close-knit community environment.

Basic Requirements:

    • Minimum 15 years of client-facing experience in at least three of the following areas: strategic organizational communications, change management, culture, mergers & acquisitions, employee engagement (including applications of social media), internal communications research, and executive/management communications

    • Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, organizational development, human resources, industrial psychology, communications, business administration or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.

    • Can demonstrate superior writing, editing and presentation skills; project management skills; and consultative skills (including group facilitation, critical thinking, and client management)

    • Client-service experience is highly preferred

    • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to partner with colleagues in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

    • Committed to advancing the possibilities of a human-centric employee experience.
