Hours: Flexible 10 hour shifts between the hours of 6am and 7pm


Job Summary:

Triangle Orthopaedics Surgery Center is expanding! We are currently seeking energetic and flexible registered nurses to join our team.

The primary objective of this position is to assure the delivery of comprehensive, safe, effective, and appropriate nursing care for patients across the age continuum (2 years - geriatric) in accordance with established surgery center policy, nursing practice standards. Under the direction of the Director of Perioperative Services, the registered nurse are responsible for the care and safety of the patient while in the pre-operative and recovery areas. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care with staff in the surgery suite, preoperative patient assessment and prep including IV and medication administration, regional block assistance to anesthesia, and post anesthesia care. Demonstrates competency in identifying physiological symptoms and taking appropriate action within the NC Board of Nursing scope of practice.
