Job Summary
Work in the software development cycle to develop, customize, and integrate on-premise and cloud-based business applications under general guidance from an IT business application analyst, manager, or director. Interface with the Application Architect and end-users to develop business application solutions that will deliver a high level of end-user satisfaction.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

Develop solutions using iterative processes, development methodologies, and test-driven development, including unit testing all assigned deliverables.
Develop, test, and document high quality, scalable, and extendable custom business solutions.
Develop, test, and document high quality, scalable, and extendable Microsoft Dynamic business solutions, including web-based reports.
Develop, test, and document interfaces designed to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics and other 3rd party applications.
Develop and execute data migration processes and integrations to legacy systems
Proactively identifies, evaluates, and solves problems with rigorous logic and systematic approach; looks beyond the obvious to see root cause issues and creative solutions.
Support service delivery and operations team as an escalation if issues arise with business systems deployment activity.
Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve work problems in creative and effective ways.
Cultivates an environment of continuous improvement.
Participates in after-hours on-call rotation.

Education/Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Information Systems (Preferred) or equivalent work experience.
1+ years as a developer with a minimum of 1 year developing/supporting applications in distributed Microsoft environments is required
Excellent development skills, and a strong drive to produce not just code but also a tight and seamless overall user experience which includes: great quality, intuitive user interference, and excellent performance.
Experience using .NET, C#, Visual Studio, and SSRS.
Experience with SQL with an emphasis on Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps a plus.
Experience with integration of 3rd party or cloud-based APIs with on-premise applications a plus.
Experience with Dynamics 365 X++ Development, migrations & customizations a plus.
Experience with Kronos integration a plus.
