A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
The Relationship Manager is the primary contact between Computershare and its clients. Basic Relationship Manager responsibilities include ensuring that clients receive the services they've purchased and that those services are delivered in a manner that meets and exceeds the clients' expectations. The Relationship Manager coordinates all major client activities and works proactively to establish and sustain a strategic plan for managing the client's registered shareholder base.
Primary Accountabilities
• Successfully maintain client relationships, some of which will be global relationships .
• Manages multiple clients with aggregate revenue of less than approximately $2M.
• Act as the "conductor" of services for all assigned relationships.
• Effectively advise clients and manage client events
• Communicate new CPU products and initiatives
• Responsible for networking with client
• Identify opportunities to improve client profitability (revenues up/expenses down)
• Negotiate contracts effectively and ensure client profitability
• Establish a positive relationship with each client, as a consultative business partner
• Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensures collection of receivables in accordance with Computershare's guidelines
• Assists key clients in implementing and sustaining a strategic plan
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills - MS Office, SCRIP, Cosmos, Issuer Online, Investor Center
Language Ability
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Ability
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and common business functions and equations. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
