Job Description:

As a Forms Management Administrator, you will partner and collaborate with various business process owners to enhance and streamline our internal and client-facing documentation (e.g. loan application forms). As an integral part of our best-in-class team, you will have the opportunity to deepen your creative-thinking and problem-solving skills, while maintaining a focus on delighting our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the change request process for internal and client-facing documents, which includes leading monthly Forms Management meetings with key participants to prioritize requests, review proposed changes and obtain approvals.
  • Develop, edit and maintain our documents ensuring the final version conforms to prescribed policies, compliance requirements and style guides, while also being "customer-friendly" for the client.
  • Manage the team's SharePoint collaboration workflow, including the change request process, approval archival and annual attestations for risk and control review.
  • Communicate changes to the applicable target audience for the affected business line(s) via regularly scheduled business communications.
  • Provide change management support for the Client-Facing Documentation and Commercial Banking Legal Agreements programs.
  • Provide template-building support for the DocuSign (esignature platform) program.
  • Provide monthly metrics and materials for executive business reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe and Excel is required.
  • Extensive experience working with SharePoint Designer for collaboration and workflow, which includes creating and managing sites (e.g. permissions, pages, web parts, lists, libraries, features, and InfoPath).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability; able to think-through and outline complex formulas and collaborative processes.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Able to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests.
