We currently have a great career opportunity for a Residential Department Manager in our Asheville, NC office! The ideal candidate will be team focused, self-motivated, and energetic. Job Responsibilities

• Will learn to effectively manage employee performance, control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations


• Assist with employee/job scheduling and provide assistance with technical/mechanical trouble-shooting/problem solving


• Learn to perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans


• Effectively communicate with customers, ensuring the highest quality service has been provided


• Successfully manage a team with various skills and responsibilities.


• Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years managerial experience


• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical aptitude.


• Transportation, Restaurant, Retail or Service (such as HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical) industry experience a plus.


• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner.


• Proficient user of software and systems.


• Must have a valid driver’s license.
