Core Responsibilities

• Assist with and or lead the Global Operations Monthly Financial Review process, including consolidating results, coordinating activities across functions and groups, developing a thorough understanding of results, and providing insights on trends


• Support the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecast development while working with cross functional leaders.


•  Serve as a business partner to the Finance Manager – Global Financial Planning and analysis in the preparation of plant and category profitability analysis.


• Support/drive the implementation of financial processes and internal controls at the plant ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and forecasting.


• Serve as the finance leader and business partner for external contract manufacturing.


• Identify scope and complete special projects that will result in streamlining existing processes for greater efficiencies throughout the organization.


• Present monthly results with the ability to explain information in an organized and succinct manner to executive management orally and in quality presentation decks.


• Interact and collaborate with corporate financial team to achieve common goals.


• Work closely with department leaders to increase financial and business acumen through coaching and training.


• Compiles monthly reports and performs ad hoc analysis as needed.
