To support the technical accounting staff in areas of daily banking transactions, recurring Journal Entries, and monthly reporting needs. In addition, the candidate will work within the Shared Services Finance/Accounting Team and perform the necessary tasks as required meeting all necessary deadlines, while maintaining harmonious working relationships with other departments and groups within the organization
Primary Duties:
Treasury Support:
Run daily banking/funding reports – to support overall daily cash requirements
Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers with appropriate recording within the general ledger
Support reconciliations of bank accounts to general ledger accounts
Shared Service Finance Team Support:
Perform Travel Administrator Duties for the Expense Reporting System
Enter basic repetitive Journal Entries as directed into SAP Systems
Ensure timely payment and recording of Finance related invoices
Support the Finance staff toward attainment of global financial goals and objectives
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent time/experience
2 + years professional experience in an Accounting/Finance Support Function
Good command of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to work within teams as well as to work independently with minimal direction
Articulates views clearly both in writing and orally
Detail oriented, with proven track record to double check all work
Qualifications Desired:
SAP experience
Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
Familiarity with banking, fixed asset or insurance areas a plus
