About This Role:

As a member of Forrester's team recently established to transform demand marketing at Forrester, you will report to the manager of demand operations and support operational elements of our demand engine. Responsibilities include detailed management of project plans, program testing, performance measurement analysis, and support for operational imperatives such as lead scoring and managing demand infrastructure. Collaboration capabilities will be key to work across marketing functions including marketing operations, digital media, web, and field marketing. Project management and technical aptitude will be crucial to success of the role. This is an exciting opportunity if you're eager to learn, innovate, and support our growing demand team.

Responsibilities


  • Working under the direction of demand program managers, manage the project plans to launch and track complex projects designed to deliver and optimize demand programs, driving qualified leads to sales.

  • Support the collection of requirements to measure and optimize program performance, working with marketing operations to develop and evolve dashboards and reporting.

  • Interpret and apply demand engagement analytics to support the optimization of complex, perpetual multichannel demand programs.

  • Support contact data analysis and governance initiatives.

  • Create and maintain demand process documentation.

  • Provide hands-on Eloqua program support.

  • Work with third-party Eloqua/technology partner.

  • Field daily operational requests and define demand requirements, partnering with demand programs, event marketing, customer marketing, and field marketing teams globally.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Two to three years of professional experience (including internships or co-ops), ideally in B2B marketing.

  • Experience with marketing automation platform Eloqua (preferred).

  • Experience with project management tool Smartsheet (preferred).

  • Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills; the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Strong technical aptitude is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Uberflip, Wordpress, and Tableau is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Forrester (SiriusDecisions) models and frameworks is a plus.
