This Case Management RN will be responsible for overseeing the Oncology department in achieving more positive outcomes for both patients and Employees while identifying patients most suitable for case management. 

Case Management RN Skills:

• Ability to document patient records


• Verbal communication

• Previous Case Management experience


• Ability to establish treatment plans for each patient
