Technology Support Administrator I at PREMIER Bankcard LLC

Compensation and Schedule

Competitive hourly pay with additional pay for working premium hours. Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.

Full-time Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Previous Identity and Access Management experience preferred.

  • Responsible System Design, configuration, and administration, Site and workflow creation, and form design.

  • Manages problem diagnostics and resolution.

  • Quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.

  • Optimizing system performance and security and storage utilization.

  • Manages software diagnostics, installations, upgrades & training.

  • Tracking and managing change request processes.

  • Responsible for supporting the timely process through which end user issues and/or system problems are controlled.

  • Responsible for project planning and project implementation.

  • Administers and/or maintain specified systems.

  • Manages all current and future applications and services through the Cherwell system.

  • Administer, configure, and maintain IT Managed Services platform.

  • Optimize system performance, security, and storage utilization.

  • Collaboration within a team. Both daily functions and projects require a high level of teamwork.

  • Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.

Skills and Qualifications






    • Working knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.

    • Powershell scripting for software delivery and automation experience preferred, but not required

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Attention to detail with focus on continuous service improvement.

    • Experience in Enterprise Application Management and Administration, such as McAfee, Altiris, Cherwell, First Data, Jack Henry, Office 365, Group Policy, Windows 10, and InTune, preferred.

    • Previous experience with identity and access management preferred.

    • Must be able to think critically and problem solve.

    • Work effectively individually and as part of a Team.
