​What You’ll Do

• We are currently looking for a qualified IT Project Coordinator / Junior Business Analyst with a background in minor agile practices and assisting with delivering complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform. 




• This individual will be responsible for working collaboratively with a Project Manager to  enable, test, and deploy technology and services on the ServiceNow Platform. (A platform that provides Incident Management, Change Management, Support Case Management, and other services in the ITSM stack.) 




• In addition to collaborating, the Coordinator will partner to oversee development schedules, and have oversight of quality of deliverables and supporting documentation.




• The IT Project Coordinator will be a forward-thinking individual and will utilize emerging trends, engineering practices, and technologies with agility.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or STEM degree program or equivalent combination of skills and experience




• 1+ years of IT Project Management or Coordination experience and delivery oversight of small scope implementations, upgrades, and/or managed services requirements




• 1+ years experience in SDLC Methodologies (should include Agile, SCRUM, or SDLC / Waterfall)




• 1+ years experience with process improvement workflows




• 1+ years experience building and executing  test cases and test configurations to validate solutions prior to deployment. 




• 1+ years experience assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met

Extra Points for any of the Following

• Exposure to configuring, tailoring, and deploying services for use within the ServiceNow platform- Is a plus.




• Project Management tool experience preferred:  Aha! Or JIRA
