Ergonomist needed for a contract opportunity with our client located in Londonderry, NH.

Pay Rate: $24-$27/hour

Duration: 12 months

Candidate should be able to compile and present information verbally and in writing identifying problems by observation and through interviewing individuals in specific work environments.

They should be able to analyze the interaction between people and machinery/equipment and understand risk assessments in the workplace. After some training in the Use of risk assessment tools like REBA, Rapid Entire Body Assessment or RULA, Rapid Upper Limb Assessment they should be able to conduct risk assessments and assess the effect of work environments on employees by collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.

Technical/Functional skills: Good numerical, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. The ability to grasp technical concepts, a systemic approach to work and good people soft skills.

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.: Entry Level. High School/GED Required, Should be working towards an Associate or Bachelor's degree. Any experience with Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a plus. Experience commensurate with level of education completed in their field.
