What will your role be?

Primarily responsible for exdcuting and managing the Value Engagement process by evaluating the best approach for DELMIA's manufacturing customers' Digital Transformation by working closely with Clients, Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, COE and Marketing on business process view on how to address customer's business needs the best way, focusing on the VALUE message.



In particular, missions are to:

* Manage long term relationship with external clients and act as a trusted advisor for their Digital Transformation

* Lead value assessment activities around Manufacturing Execution, Supply Chain Process Optimization and Industrial Engineering

* Expert in running the Dassault Systemes Value Engagement framework for (partial) DELMIA scope activities

* Present value statement report to Production Management and C-Level audiences

* Collaborate with the Services organization to ensure a value driven solution design

* Moderate process value mapping (PVM) exercises

* Provide required training and mentoring to ensure that field teams are capable of executing their engagements in value focused way

* Help to mitigate escalations and project issues which are process, culture or value related

Key Success Factors

• Manufacturing and Industry experience with strong applied knowledge of operational techniques and process for discrete and hybrid manufacturing within a financial and solution delivery structure.


• Knowledge about Manufacturing Executions System (MES)/Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems and/or Digital Manufacturing, Process/Product Planning is required


• Exposure and knowledge of Fortune 500 level production and manufacturing capabilities through application or vendor/integrator/partner


• Extensive knowledge or applied usage of production planning and scheduling requirements and application including finite capacity, master production scheduling and material logistics


• Extensive knowledge or applied practice of production control systems for discrete, batch and continuous manufacturing or production


• Familairity of industry standards surrounding manufacturing and production (i.e. S95 and S88)


• Lean manufacturing expert or Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt is a plus) with strong experience in World Class manufacturing principles in Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Aerospace & Defense or Life Science sectors
