JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for daily general accounting functions in support of the Finance and Accounting (F&A) department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bank Reconciliations


• Preparing and making deposits


• Logging and tracking purchasing card (p-card) receipts


• Maintaining Excel Spreadsheet Workbooks


• Filing


• Perform other duties as assigned

EMPLOYMENT HOURS:

Hours are Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an unpaid one-hour lunch, excluding holidays.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Graduate
• General knowledge of accounting functions
• Computer experience (Outlook and Excel)
