PAPÉ MATERIAL HANDLING / PAPÉ RENTS - CLACKAMAS, OR
CONSTRUCTION RENTAL MANAGER: Looking for a positive and driven individual to run the Papé Rents store in Clackamas, OR. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Managing all daily aspects of the store (rentals, parts, service and sales).
Establishing rentals goals for gross revenue, fleet composition and profitability.
Creating yearly rental budgets and monitor monthly for achievement.
Assist in management of rental assets and the disposal as needed to meet fleet utilization goals.
Manage the rental invoicing process to make sure timely and accurate invoices are created.
Ensuring that rental contracts have properly documented insurance and pre-liens in force as needed.
Assisting Company in annual review of rental rates to ensure Papé Rents maintains market share while also remaining competitive.
Managing technicians, rental counter, delivery drivers and yard personnel to meet equipment quality and safety guidelines while exceeding customer expectations.
Working closely with region Territory Managers to grow rental business and manage customer relationships. Work with Territory Managers on sales goals, sales of new equipment and customer experience.
Work with AR to maintain proper follow up on customer accounts for timely payments.
Must be able to manage expenses consistently to help achieve monthly profit goals. Applicant must be self-motivated, like working in team environment, and take great pride in the care of Papé customers.
