What you will be doing:

Work with assigned independent Steelcase dealers to build relationships, develop key processes that will allow dealers to successfully de-scope, estimate and propose a solution while mitigating the risk to the organization. First point of dealer contacts for building dealer training plans, product application, measures for their assigned dealers. Work with dealers to be sure that the end to end processes are implemented and followed so dealer can successfully engage in a project and understands the steps and processes that need to followed to deliver the best project experience for their customer.


This position requires a deep understanding of the Steelcase Architectural and Health products and a good understanding of the construction processes that are required to successfully implement these products.

* Shows a good understanding of issues relevant to our overall organization and business and keeps that knowledge current.

* Must have a broad exposure and understanding of Category strategies

* Proficient in appropriate software packages and technology.

Education/Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

* This is an experienced position typically attained after 4 - 8 years with a proven experience within the Architectural or Operational Category.

* Must successfully complete appropriate training as required.

* Knowledge of Steelcase/dealer relationship.
