The Position

The Regional HR Manager will be based in our corporate headquarters in Lewisville, TX and support our install and service business unit. The Regional HR Manager must be a strategic business partner who can interact with leadership to help achieve the goals and objectives for the multi-site locations within the US. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing superior internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

 

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.

• A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.

• Ability to partner with management providing full-life-cycle recruitment support including: posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessing and presenting a diversified and high-quality pool of candidates to hiring managers.

• Be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves".

• Willing to participate in developing HR strategies and actives that foster growth, culture, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. 

• Strong internal and external customer service focus.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results

• Support the business by providing coaching and advice to support the management and leadership teams on all people related matters. 

• Consult with the business to determine HR needs specific to the organization and develop solutions to meet these needs by employing as much standardization as possible.  

• Cultivates favorable and effective employee relations and acts as a mediator, counselor, and facilitator in arbitrating disputes between employees and their supervisors and managers.

• Champion the administration of employee programs, such as corporate wellness program, annual benefit enrollment, and required annual compliance training.

• Partner with the HR shared services team to reconcile payroll reporting including but not limited to tax and benefits. This also includes payroll deductions, garnishments and child support.

• Serve as the safety administrator for the install and service facilities including the investigation of accidents and preparing reports for insurance carrier. Analyses problem areas and recommends solution. 

• Use HR analytics to interpret trends and make recommendations to develop strategies to address underlying issues. 

Essential Skills and Competencies: 

• Bachelor's Degree required in HR or related field, Master’s degree preferred.

• PHR/SPHR Certification is a plus

• 5-7 years human resource leadership

• Experience supporting hourly employee groups

• Experience in distribution center, service center, or manufacturing environments

• Knowledge of employment laws

• Ability to travel 40%

• Experience with MS Office Suite, HRIS, Oracle

• Solid experience in employee relations and compensation management

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present in a group setting.
