Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to receiving, shipping and delivery of raw materials, manufacturing supplies, janitorial supplies and various other items. Also responsible for maintaining inventory accuracies and will perform routine cycle counts. Successful candidate will also be responsible for helping to develop and implement material routes. Successful candidate will also fill in as needed as the purchasing assistant. Must have a valid Driver's License Level ResponsibilityGuidance Operates under limited supervision. Team concept will be used in determining approach to completing specified assignments and duties. Impact Work results will have a direct impact on the plants ability to execute to plan. Knowledge Requires use of computer systems. Requires the ability to operate a fork lift. Good communication skills required as contact will be made frequently with internal and external customers. Nature of Work Assignment are varied and moderately complex. Heavy lifting is required (+50lbs) Team Role May provide training, guidance and work direction for others. Position will help in facilitating continuous improvement Minimum Education and Experience Required High School or GED.
