Currently Hiring for our June training class!


The Vector Security Team is currently searching for experienced Customer Service Representatives to fill the position of "Alarm Dispatch Operator" in our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center located in Warrendale, PA.


Our 12-hour shifts allow us to enjoy more days off.  Our Full-Time schedule averages 15 work days per month.  We have every other three-day weekend off (Saturday, Sunday and Monday).


This is considered an Essential position.


 The Customer Service Agents main responsibilities are:



  • Responding to alarms per instructions

  • Request the dispatch of Police-Fire-EMS

  • Answering inbound calls from customers to review alarm history, update account information and paging technicians

  • Coordinate customer inquiries with the appropriate branches outside of the department

  • Administrative duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Manager

 Requirements for this position are:



  • Type of minimum of 35 wpm

  • Ability to navigate between multiple software systems

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
