Job Description:


 


An Administrative Support professional is crucial to the office's daily functions. Excelling in this position would require fast learning, a strong ability to problem solve in different circumstances and a keen tracking of improving current processes. Some other responsibilities may include: 



  • Provides pre-sales and post-sales assistance with tasks such as sales support, contract review, payment authorizations, new customer billing setup up, funding authorizations, analysis and preparation of pertinent reports, as well as other projects as assigned.

  • Enter and modify customer data and set up billing through our company’s internal information system.

  • Navigate users through our online dealer portal utilizing phone or electronic response systems.

  • Must be comfortable participating or facilitating in web-ex training sessions.

  • Create, store and deliver documents via electronic transmission or physical mail.

  • Review documents according to established company guidelines.

This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week with benefits. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
