As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be providing exemplary customer service and demonstrating our commitment to success to all visitors and team members. You will be key to our sales team's success through multitasking a variety of responsibilities. Your overall mission will be to encourage loyal, profitable, win-win total source customers.



Responsibilities:



  • Provide exemplary customer service to all visitors, customers, and team members

  • In-person coverage of the Welcome desk to greet guests, create visitor badges and contact team members when appointments arrive

  • Update Flat Screens daily to indicate sponsorships for events and to welcome onsite vendors and customers

  • Manage multiple Salesforce.com queues and inboxes to support sales efforts:

    • Triage pre and post-sale cases and assign accurately and promptly

    • Research possible leads, create opportunities in CRM, delegate



  • Process Sales Operations cases requested by the Sales team members and leadership

  • Mentor and shadow team members for training opportunities

  • Process Tessco.com orders requiring special order entry instructions

  • Run weekly reporting for Key accounts and various sales initiatives

  • Collaborating with leadership to streamline processes

  • Secure meeting rooms for events and trainings (onsite) including catering

  • Order Office Supplies for the Sales team

  • Other duties as assigned supporting Sales Operations functions





Qualifications:


  • Excellent customer service skills; professional, friendly and a team-player

  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities

  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred

  • High school diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Minimum two years related experience
