Successful candidates must have relevant degree(s) and/or work experience(s) to the position as outlined below; specifically, in a high-pace manufacturing environment.
Provide Human Resources generalist level support for an assigned business unit.
Perform high-volume full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, including: interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
Develop and ADA compliant job descriptions
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for approved open positions
Order background checks and complete employment eligibility verification; forward any discrepancies to HR Leader
Coordinate and establish new hire onboarding schedules and conduct new hire Human Resources onboarding
Process employee lifecycle transactions within HRIS with focus on accuracy and timeliness
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, and professional licensures.
Perform a combination of routine and complex tasks required to administer and execute Human Resource programs, including but not limited to:
Disputes and Investigations
Productivity and Morale
Occupational Health and Safety
Training and Development Support
Serve as primary contact for assigned business unit; handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, supervisors and external requests; referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the Company's Corporate HR leader.
Receive and address employee questions regarding company policies, procedures and benefit plans.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Strongly prefer two (2) to four (4) years of experience in Human Resources or relevant experience; will consider recent gradates with related internship experience
Prefer two (2) years of high-volume full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing or technical setting in a similar role or capacity
Prefer PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or other relevant certifications
Demonstrated experience as a project lead or similar capacity
