Intern Experience / Essential Job Responsibilities



  • Assist the finance team with timely reporting and analysis of key financial information (KPI’s, STAT’s) for reporting unit. 




  • Assist with maintaining and distributing reporting records of operational expenses (including scrap, purchase burden) and inventories in a timely manner. 




  • Assist with resolving receiving, AP invoice, payment issues, including PAT, ICT and ROSE transactions. 




  • Assist with reconciling supplier statements as needed. 




  • Assist with the preparation of account reconciliations with proper supporting documentation for Plant Controller review. 




  • Assist with reconciling intercompany transactions with partner sites ensuring no out of balance conditions in month end reporting. 




  • Support Plant Controller in month end closing activities. 




  • Participate with operational staff in all function-related meetings. 




  • Assist ad hoc analysis and reporting as required. 




  • Support plant SCM with physical inventories as needed. 




  • Assist with obtaining requisitioner confirmation of receipt of indirect goods and services and complete corresponding purchase order receipt in ERP system.

Persuing a Bachelor's Level Degree 

Area of Study:     Business Administration, Finance/ Controlling (Accounting, Finance, Controlling, etc.) or similar. 



  • Able to work in a rigorous and fast-paced environment. 




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to relay technical accounting information to cross functional team members not working in Finance and Accounting roles. 




  • Internally motivated to investigate and solve issues. 




  • Experience with DocLib preferred.
