Position Overview

The P2P Specialist will support the execution of the strategic procurement agenda by implementing best in class procurement processes and procurement systems to benefit the (procurement/financial) opportunities.  This position will be based in the Atlanta, GA Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.


  • Drive continuous improvement and global standardization with our OpCos across Europe within the procure to pay process.

  • Supplier Onboarding and Enablement

    • Support preparation and onboarding of suppliers to Supplier Portal and eP2P solution

    • Respond to questions from suppliers and the business concerning supplier onboarding and catalog management (e.g. cXML and punchout)

    • Issue supplier enablement communication materials

    • Making sure that the supplier accounts and content are setup correctly

    • Support supplier master data cleaning / deduplication and inactivation



  • Catalog & Contract Compliance

    • Drive and increase catalog and contract compliance

    • Support the development and maintenance of catalog compliance reporting

    • Setting up new content (catalogs, contracts) for the different Operating Companies

    • Support the regional operations and category teams with vendor enablement.



  • Support Guided Buying Optimization

    • Support configuring features for Guided Buying for the different Operating Companies.



  • Maintain professional demeanor at all times while representing the company. 

  • Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.

  • Other duties as required by management.

Qualifications

Education/Experience


  • BS required (preferably in business-related discipline, Procurement, Supply Chain or other related field).

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Procurement experience

  • Ability to combine project-based (multiple projects in parallel) and Business as Usual working modes

  • Experience in eP2P system (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua), Coupa certified / system-admin considered a plus

Work Requirements


  • Must be 18 years in age or older.

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

  • Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

  • Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required.

  • Must have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%

  • Expert knowledge of the use of technology as an enabler for enhancing procurement processes

  • Good business, commercial and financial acumen

  • Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation, across all business functions and to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sufficient gravitas and credibility to be able to influence stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external)

  • Strong team player with good planning and organization skills

  • Possess strong analytical skills and solid problem solving skills

  • Demontrated ability to create and deliver presentations and trainings effectively

  • Customer service orientated attitude
