Job Description:

SUMMARY: The Business Planning Analyst is responsible for planning, forecasting, and analyzing the financial and operational performance of the marketing, enrollment, and Customer Care and Technical Support teams to meet the financial and performance expectations of the business.

  • Assist in the monthly close process to review financial results.

  • Assist in maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual financial metrics.

  • Compile monthly budget variance analysis.

  • Review existing contracts and maintain monthly tracking and accounting of enrollment contracts.

  • Manage contractor and vendor billing and approval process.

  • Assist enrollment management in aligning costs with services.

  • Work with enrollment management on strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiencies

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field of study.

  • 3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in finance or budgeting process.

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 


  • Demonstrated experience in accounting or finance or related field.

  • Business and analytical acumen.

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.

  • Ability to clear required background check

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  


  • Proficiency in various financial software applications

  • Experience is call center environment helpful.
