As a Business Loan Operations Coordinator you will provide technical support to the Business Loan and Services Department by acting as a knowledge-base for products, features, and systems. Additionally maintain an active role as admin for department systems including research, develop, and implement system updates.

The Business Loan Operations Coordinator will plan, develop, coordinate, organize and implement process improvements, new products, new features and functionality within the Business Loans & Services Department. They will Manage projects for the department and ensure all relevant staff is kept abreast of the status of assigned projects and updates. Lastly, they are responsible for DNA (core operating system) support and represents the Business Loan Team for DNA Core on committees.
As a Business Loan Operations Coordinator, you will:
Provide support for systems and other ancillary applications, including troubleshooting system issues, creating and maintaining authorizations, maintaining product settings and variables, and maintaining interest rates, interest margins, creating new rate tiers, etc.
Assist and/or design, develop and implement reports/programs through Monarch, Excel, SQL and DNA database to assist other projects, process improvements, issue resolution, or for department efficiencies.
Manage and troubleshoot requests as submitted through the Business Loan Support queue and support ticketing system.
Act as a knowledge-based resource for Business Loan Department. Provide assistance on opening and maintaining complex loans
Submit Business Cases and/or Project Requests, and develop plans and timelines for implementation of new products, fees, efficiencies, processes promotions and tasks. Monitor and track progress by preparing reports and facilitating communication between all team members or departments involved.
Research, develop and implement new features and functionality of supported loan systems including compliance, documentation, establishing procedures and training for the Business Department as well as others.
Working approximately 40 hours per week, between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of two years of analytical work experience.
Minimum of four years’ experience working with loans and/or services in a financial institution.
Experience using data analytic tools or query languages. (e.g. ACL, IDEA, SQL)
Expertise in Microsoft Office Products and related software.
Work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
Strong working knowledge of financial services.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
