The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Effectively managing the day-to-day operations of our business on Amazon.

  • Developing and executing sales growth plans for the 3M / Amazon US business partnership

  • Further strengthening customer relationships at all levels for the US Amazon business and sustain strong communications between 3M and Amazon for all teams involved

  • Executing all operational elements of the USAC area strategy through the Amazon account

  • Collaborating with CBG Global Marketing Center, USAC team, division teams, analytics, and supply chain organizations

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

  • Five (5) combined years experience in Sales, Consumer Marketing, eCommerce, and/or Analytics of retail markets in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • MBA preferred

  • Effective presentation and communication skills

  • Creative problem solver

  • High energy, enthusiastic, and creative

  • Driven and self-motivated

  • Significant experience and knowledge of MS Office & Salesforce.com

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
