Dura-Line is hiring a talented, creative, results-oriented marketing guru that will develop unique marketing campaigns and programs to position Dura-Line as an Infratech leader in the US & Canada. You will manage brand awareness and customer experience in a range of activities including distributor relationships, custom events, trade shows, and online marketing opportunities.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of external marketing programs from start to finish: leverage internal support, drive collaboration, develop and deliver creative communication strategies/plans/approaches to help market and company positioning, and help boost sales.
As a member of our growing team, you will get a chance to build relationships with our clients, learn about our products and industry, and use your talent to conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns while ensuring the alignment of global communications and messaging across all channels.
This is a REMOTE role that will require strong developing, implementing, and executing B2B marketing plans and campaigns, outstanding oral and written communications skills, and a clear understanding of how to use marketing tools like Google Analytics, Social Media, Microsoft Office Suite and other techniques to increase the visibility, profile, and reputation of our organization.

You will work in tandem with internal creative team and external creative agencies to develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communications content, including video, web, tradeshow, social media, mass and trade media, and collateral materials. You will develop, design, and execute global marketing campaigns, e-blasts and newsletters, event promotion, commercial sales presentation, trade show campaigns, promotional items, and more!
Optimization and Continuous Improvements Background

We tell narratives that involve engaging and communicating with different customers, vendors, and cross-functional departments. We need someone with excellent people management and organizational skills that has led regional strategic marketing projects and initiatives in USA & Canada. This role requires a high degree of cross-functional project management experience, internal and external relationship building, technical digital marketing acumen, and strong hands-on experience managing SEO/SEM marketing database.
