Our team is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and scheduling support to our North America Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist in the coordination of interviews for both internal and external candidates ranging at all levels of management within Chubb’s global functions. This includes arranging phone, in person and video conference interviews in a reasonable timeframe to help expedite the interview process.

The successful candidate will be a solution-oriented critical thinker who is responsive, can manage a high volume of requests in an organized manner and provide excellent customer service to all individuals involved in the interview process. This individual must be able to work in a fast paced and high demand environment.

Responsibilities include:


  • Provide high-level administrative support with the primary responsibility of scheduling interviews for high volume regional Talent Acquisition associates
    Scheduling of variety of interviews, in person, telephonic and video conference via WebEx

  • Coordination of multiple calendars including international scheduling and management of time zones

  • Handle candidate communication throughout the interview process in a professional manner, ensuring the correct information is communicated

  • Ensuring recruiters are aware of current scheduling status for requests and escalating issues with contact or coordination in a timely manner

  • Updating records through the ATS system

  • Providing additional support with resume reviews and sourcing candidates for open positions with Limited as needed

  • Assisting with travel coordination and expense reimbursement, as necessary


  • 2+ years of experience in a support position with a preference towards experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to work in a remote environment supporting a large number of recruiters

  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential

  • Previous experience with Microsoft applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to support reporting requests required
