The Sandblaster (Final Finisher) is responsible for basic patching of inserts and chips from deliver of production and erection. You'll also be handling acid wash and sand blast panels; mixing grout and patching materials per mix design expectations; sawing, grinding an drilling pre-cast; and blending brick work. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • One year experience in the pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete industry, preferred

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Must have excellent math and measurement skills

  • Familiarity with reading blue prints is a plus

  • Ability to work 40 plus feet out of a lift or sling stage, required

  • Ability to pass an OSHA physical

  • Good communication skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work as part of a team 

  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
