Job Summary

The Package Center Associate is responsible for corrections and transmission of time cards.  Other duties may include printing various reports, answering center phones, and other center duties as assigned.  Additional duties may include the DIAD upload and transmission process, coordinating DIAD equipment control, and performing light system maintenance.

This is a part-time position, Monday-Friday, in the evenings.

• Perform general office tasks such as paperwork, typing, and/or use of a computer, filing, calculating and use of telephone
• Good cognitive reasoning skills
• Self motivation
• Microsoft Office knowledge (ie. excel, word, wordperfect) 
• Work cooperatively in a diverse work environment
• Verification and submittal of timecards              
• Perform other functions that may be assigned
