As a part of the Finance Division, the Compensation Program Support department is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our compensation programs and ensuring both compensation and business expenses are easily understood, enabling the firm to attract, retain, and motivate associates.
As a Business Product Analyst and a key member of the Digital Product team, you will be responsible for collaborating to provide a comprehensive incentive compensation product that enables industry leading compensation incentives to attract and retain talent and optimizes business outcomes aligned to firm strategy.
