Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for the daily handling/processing of internal controlled, accountable station documents. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: daily / monthly auditing, daily logging of accountable docs used, E-voucher logs, reconciling passenger refund checks, agent FIMS and agent ACO's, daily logging of agent discrepancies / fax to training weekly, following up with agents concerning discrepancies, ordering of station supplies / accountable docs, and regularly updating the internal controls management (ICM) manual. Other duties as assigned. This position will report directly to ICM manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of training courses including out-of-town classes

  • At least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous airline experience

  • Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider

  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Business or related field

Work Environment:

  • Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment

  • Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels

  • All shifts including weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs

  • Handle objects up to 70 pounds

  • Assist disabled customers
