COLORCOAT, INC., is the largest paint and coatings applicator in the US, serving window and door manufacturers with eight facilities across the country. We are currently seeking 11 people on day shift 6:30AM-4:30P Mon-Fri. (plenty of overtime). and 12 people for night shift 9:00PM-5:30AM Sunday-Thursday. We are starting a third line on the night shift.

Job Title: Masker/Taper

Summary: Responsible for masking units according to customer's paint coverage requirement by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Gets carts from disassembly.*

2. Learns all parts of windows and doors that must be masked based on customer’s specific requirements.*

3. Uses appropriate size paper and tape for each specific unit/part.*

4. Marks unit for color directly on masking paper attached to window.*

5. Applies masking to the frame and glass or specific parts.*

6. Pushes carts to next production area.*

7. Keeps like colors together and organized.*

8. Adheres to safety guidelines.*

9. Follows manager's directions*

10. Maintains a productive pace as set by manager *

11. Maintains a clean work space.*

12. Assists in other areas of production as needed.*

13. Works cooperatively with other team members.*

Job Title: Disassembler

Summary: Responsible for disassembling window and door units in preparation for production by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Lifts units from carts.*

2. Recognizes appropriate type of unit based on labeling to ensure correct parts.*

3. Stages multiple units on production carts.*

4. Labels each piece of the unit with the specific ID number and color.*

5. Checks for quality of units, ensuring no defects or broken pieces; informs manager of any issues.*

6. Pushes production carts to next production area (cleaning/taping).*

7. Follows manager’s direction for production schedule; organizes by order/list/color.*

8. Adheres to safety guidelines.*

9. Follows manager directions.*

10. Maintains a productive pace as set by manager.*

11. Maintains a clean work space.*

12. Assists with pulling carts to disassembly area and empties out carts once an order has been completed.*
