Job Description

We are starting our true agile transformation journey and are looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join us.

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will work with two development teams. In this, you will lead your teams to better understand agile/scrum, follow best practices and improve team efficiency. In addition to being the leader for your teams, you will operate with the larger scaled agile framework. This will involve collaborating with other scrum masters, product owners and the release management team to deliver maximum value to our customers. You will apply continuous improvement principles at the team and project level to increase effectiveness, velocity and deliver customer value. In addition to the visible project deliverables, you will consistently work to create high performing, self-organized teams.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years' experience as Scrum Master for a software development or mobile development team


  • Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM I)


  • Knowledge of other agile approaches and techniques: Scrum, Kanban, XP, User stories, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, agile games, etc.


  • Strong skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolutions, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency


  • Communication and leadership skills necessary to lead improvement initiatives across the program


  • Experience applying a wide variety of practices and to facilitate all Scrum Events


  • Proven knowledge and practical experience of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures


  • Proven knowledge of the application of Agile at scale and demonstrated ability to coach and lead the cultural and organizational change to make it work


  • Experience working with remote and distributed teams


  • Must reside in Greater Fort Collins (Great Denver) or Greater Fresno area




Basic Requirements


  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role for software development or mobile development team


  • Must reside in Greater Fort Collins (Great Denver) or Greater Fresno area
