Your team relies on you for your dependability and great organization skills. You always have your ear to the ground, and are aware of everything that's going on at your site. You love a challenge, enjoy administrative work, and have a knack for helping others.

Position Snapshot

As an integral part of the office management team you will be responsible for ensuring important documents are managed and maintained. Also, as a Part Time Administrative Assistant, you will enter data into excel and other software programs, participate in the facility safety committee, and assist other departments as needed.

Day in the Life

After grabbing your favorite morning beverage and booting up your computer, you can expect to:

• Keep up-to-date information on inventory in the supply room


• Place supply orders


• Receive deliveries


• Assist with record keeping


• File, scan, and perform data entry


• Use company-specific software for a multitude of task


• Perform any other duties as assigned

What you need to apply

• High school diploma or GED


• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening


• Excellent customer service and office administration experience
