Responsible for the administration and communication of all Standard and Non-Standard (Non-GPO) pricing. Ensuring all pricing is loaded into SAP, while gaining the appropriate approvals. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and enact competitive pricing strategies. Requires close coordination and communication with other departments to maximize effectiveness.

Maintenance of all pricing in SAP system, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Processing of all Non-Standard pricing requests and preparing analytics to gain approval
Maintaining all approvals in shared location for audit purposes
Assists with training of the sales team in compliance and submission of non-standard price requests
Responds to internal and external price inquiries
Works with Customer Service, Sales, Rebates and Tracing teams, and External Customers to resolve price discrepancies
Creates presentations for internal and external customers
Manages cross reference requests and pricing population
Understands pricing hierarchy
Understands pricing practices of Essity medical & customers
Ad Hoc reporting and support - as needed
Proactive, detail-oriented, organized and logical
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
Proficient in MS-Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP and/or Vistex (preferred)
B.S. in Business, Statistics or related degree (preferred)
