Set up and operate various CNC equipment
Fabricate and assemble die components as assigned
The ability to floor program, modify existing programs and create progression programs.
Inspect quality of components using gauges and other measuring devices.
Work with others and schedule jobs to meet customer demands.
Identify or Investigate problems to determine root cause, and establish corrective/preventative actions
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Other duties as assigned
High School or Equivalent
Vocational or Journeyman experience preferred
Ability to read/write and follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, sketches, and work orders
Fundamental skills as machinist in metal fabrication, tool making, and mold construction
Understanding of tolerances and precision measuring
Computer experiences with CAD & CAM file processing, email, Web scheduling, and MS office
Must have a working knowledge of shop math
