Typically leads facilities services for a large building and/or large population. Provides Facilities support to a large group or entire building within the organization. May analyze and report on facilities-related items such as security badges, floor plans, moving schedules. Responds to routine inquiries from external or internal sources with standard correspondence or other messaging. Schedules and coordinates facilities and or warehouse activities, including the coordination of building systems maintenance. May take a leadership role over other Facilities Assistants. Has basic word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills Requires a high school diploma. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May also assist with HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical maintenance.

Senior level support position responsible for performing moderately complex and varied work assignments that may be specialized, gaining a deep understanding of their specific area of expertise. Typically will support department-level managers, with work involving frequent visibility to mid-level management and external customers. Positions at this level may be required to perform involved mathematical calculations. May have specific process or program coordination responsibilities assigned as part of the regular work routine.


  • Secondary school education or equivalent and 4+ years relevant experience.

  • Advanced understanding of systems, processes, and tools related to the field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues with systems, processes, and tools
