Job Summary


The Adolescent Depression Prevention and Treatment Lab (ADePT) is seeking a clinical research coordinator. Research in our lab focuses on adolescent depression, including understanding vulnerabilities for youth depression and developing and evaluating interventions. The clinical research coordinator will work on projects that examine the effectiveness of depression screening, prevention and treatment in community settings, including schools and primary care practices. The clinical research coordinator will focus on a school-based study that is examining the efficacy of a telehealth-delivered depression prevention program but will also be involved in other lab projects. Specific responsibilities include: 1) coordinating the day to day administration of research projects; 2) maintaining subject tracking system and scheduling subjects for assessments; 3) conducting follow-up phone evaluations with families; 4) organizing and overseeing data entry; 5) overseeing undergraduate research assistants; and 5) assisting in the analysis of data for presentations and manuscripts.

  • Adhere to an IRBapproved protocols

  • Comply with Institutional policies, SOPs and guidelines

May be called upon to:


  • Consent subjects, with appropriate authorization and training.


  • Document and Report adverse events

  • Maintain study source documents

  • Complete case report forms (paper and electronic data capture)

Required Education and Experience


Required Education: Associates Degree or active enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree Program

Required Experience: One (1) year of relevant clinical research experience.


Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic


Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field


Additional Technical Requirements



  • Familiarity with IRB and human subject protection.
