Report to Thiloma Perera</span></p>\n<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>The development of global product strategy with primary focus on meeting customer needs for business growth and profitability</li>\n<li>Guiding and leading cross-functional teams to execute the product strategy and achieve goals.</li>\n<li>Managing the life cycle of products including capacity increase or rationalization</li>\n<li>Ensuring the day-to-day supply of high quality consistent product to customers.</li>\n<li>Developing cost and profitability roadmaps for key products. Providing product pricing guidance to commercial teams.</li>\n<li>Working with Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Operations and Sales to develop strategies to increase market penetration/ market share</li>\n<li>Identifying and specifying supply chain options.
