dormakaba is seeking a Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) Intern to join our HRSS team this summer in Reamstown, PA! This is an exciting opportunity for the intern to be exposed to and gain knowledge of intricate HRSS tasks and responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the team.
*(The dates for this internship will be June 1st-August 6th)*
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Processes data input into respective systems including personnel data changes, terminations, new hires, status changes, etc.
Coordinate's onboarding activities with HRSS colleagues to ensure timely communication with new hires (prescreening activities, new hire paperwork, etc.)
Assists with reporting requests to the HR Service Center as defined by internal customers
Assists HRSS colleagues on the processes of self-service requests within ADP and Employee Central (myHR), including benefits, training, and leave-related topics
Works with other HRSS colleagues to improve operating procedures and processes as necessary
Supports annual HR initiatives and projects as needed, including:
New policy rollouts
Employee engagement surveys
Open enrollment
Implementation of annual merit increase process
System enhancements and integration activities

REQUIREMENTS:
Currently enrolled in 3rd of 4th year of a bachelor's degree program in HR or related field
