JOB TITLE:DigitalCommunity Manager

LOCATION:Headquartered in downtown Chicago, IL. Can be 100% remote.

ROLE TYPE/DURATION:Direct hire

COMPENSATION:$110,000, commensurate with experience

JOB SUMMARY:Seeking a Community Manager to lead engagement for this company's online community platform and support the development of engagement both internally and externally. Responsible for designing, leading and managing the engagement strategy, developing annual engagement roadmaps and building member connectivity through various events and channels. The ideas candidate will be a collaborative, forward-thinking self-starter who can manage multiple projects at once. This is an exciting opportunity to help build this organization's online presence while defining ongoing engagement experiences.

• Partner with our content and marketing teams to develop engaging text, images, surveys and video content to be shared by respective community.




• Strong experience in content marketing, communications and social media strategy




• 5+ years of experience building, moderating and supporting online communities




• Exceptional customer success and engagement skills




• Must have a strongunderstandingof community management software or technology




• People management experience is a nice to have
